Pitullie or Sandhaven, a fishing village in Pitsligo parish, N Aberdeenshire, on the Moray Firth, 2¾ miles W by N of Fraserburgh, under which there is a post office of Sandhaven. The harbour, formed in 1840, possesses 46 fishing boats. Pop. (1871) 399, (1881) 585.Ord. Sur., sh. 97, 1876.
