Kinsham, Upper, par., Herefordshire, in NW. of co., on river Lugg, adjacent to Lower Kinsham, 1243 ac., pop. 64. Kinsham Court, 4 miles E. of Presteigne, a fine old mansion, was once the seat of the Oxford and Mortimer families. Kinsham Dingle is a picturesque spot.
