Rhymney.-- town with ry. sta., chiefly in Bedwelty par., Monmouthshire, but partly also in Llangunider par., Brecknockshire, on river Rhymney, 2½ miles W. of Tredegar, 2890 ac., pop. 8663; P.O., T.O., 1 Bank; has extensive ironworks.
