HEENE, a parish in Worthing district, Sussex; on the coast, about ½ a mile W of Worthing town and r. station. Post town, Worthing. Acres, 546; of which 130 are water. Real property, £1, 569. Pop., 194. Houses, 37. The church is in ruins; and the inhabitants attend the church of West Tarring.
