Arundel, mun. bor. and par., Sussex, on river Arun, 5 miles from its mouth, and 10 miles E. of Chichester -- par., 1969 ac., pop. 2748; bor., pop. 2748. P.O., T.O., 2 Banks, 1 newspaper. Market-day, Monday. It exports corn, bark, and timber. Arundel Castle, chief seat of the Duke of Norfolk, is adjacent.
