Strachur and Stralachlan were listed simply as separate parishes in the earliest censuses. In 1841 they have separate entries but are described as united. Between 1861 and 1891 they appear as a single entry, but from 1901 onwards they revert to individual listings. They appear separately in all Poor Law listings. Given this complexity, we include no dates for their relationship.
